In the event that a SA USA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SA USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SA USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SA USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Impersonation of others, including a SA USA or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. - We do not ship magazines over 10 rounds to CA, DC, MA, MD, NJ, NY, VT, and Cook County, IL.
- We do not ship magazines over 15 rounds to CO and Aurora, IL.
- We do not ship magazines to CT.
- You certify you are at least 21 years of age.
- You certify you have no felony convictions and are in full compliance with Local, State and 18 U.S. Code 922d 1-9, allowing for the lawful purchase of ammunition.
- You declare under penalty of perjury (under the laws of the United States of America) that all information provided is true and correct.
- We do not ship ammunition to CA, CT, DC, IL, MA, NJ, and NY.
Sub-MOA guarantee is a 3 round group, 1 inch or less, at 100 yards with quality match ammunition and proper shooting techniques. Bolt must be headspaced to the barrel (16" or longer) by Sentinel Arms Mfg™ in AR type barrels.
To ensure prompt, accurate service, all returns require prior authorization by Sentinel Arms USA™ (SentinelArmsUSA.com) -- Division of Millennium Industries, LLC (SA USA), Inc.’s Customer Service Department. SA USA will accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date as long as the products are new and in original, unopened packaging (some restrictions apply). All concerns must be brought to the attention of Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please note this on the freight delivery record and take pictures of the damages. Please keep all packaging and notify Customer Service immediately.
We are unable to take back products with opened packaging and used products. SA USA is not a warranty repair station, and we cannot accept defective merchandise returns. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s specified warranty policy, and the manufacturer should be contacted directly for details. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, special order merchandise or products that have been shipped to a third-party.
Our return specialists will issue credit for the return following an inspection, and you will be notified via email if there are any issues or if we are unable to apply credit for the return.
We are unable to accept returns on the following products:
- Opened packaging and used products
- Reloading powder
- Safety gear
- First aid items
- Clearance items
- Special order merchandise
- Products that have been shipped to a third-party
- Custom made to order products (barrels, etc.)
- There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned as a result of our error, shipping errors or merchandise damaged in transit.
- All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns for items that have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and must have prior manufacturer approval.
Custom Barrel Orders
There will be no changes to orders after two weeks. This includes changes of address. Any changes made before the two week deadline are subject to a $44.00 order change fee. It is incumbent on our customers to know what they need and to order accordingly. This allows for a smooth production process, thus shorter lead times.
Any alterations done to a Sentinel Arms Mfg™ barrel, after it leaves this shop, releases Sentinel Arms USA™ of any and all responsibility.
Sentinel Arms USA™ will NOT warranty barrels that have been fired with non-factory/hand load ammo!
Credit card orders cancelled before steel is cut is subject to a 5% reimbursement fee. Orders cancelled after steel has been cut is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Our standard return policy does not apply to firearms and NFA products. Please contact customer service for additional details.
Fulfillment Return Policy
SA USA does not handle consumer returns. Fulfillment partners should direct ALL consumer returns to their specified return facility. We will gladly take back new products in original packaging in accordance with our standard return policy after you have determined which products comply with our return requirements. We are unable to accept product in opened packaging and used products. Additionally, some products may not be eligible for return. If a product is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to destroy the product or return it at the fulfillment dealer’s expense.
Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error or merchandise is damaged in transit. Shipping labels will not be issued to consumers. Shipping labels cannot be issued for products classified as hazardous materials. Please contact the Customer Service Department for additional details.
At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states.
We ship via FedEx and cannot ship to PO boxes at the standard ground shipping rate. If you must ship to a P.O. box, please select USPS (P.O. Boxes ONLY) for USPS Priority Mail.
Expedited shipping is not available for certain products and must be shipped ground. These restricted products include, but are not limited to:
- Anything under pressure
Any orders containing restricted products that have expedited shipping selected will be shipped ground. There will be no refunds on shipping charges.
Our inventory is updated throughout the day to help eliminate out of stock products being shown as in stock on our website; however, there may be occasions when an out of stock product is still shown as in stock. If your order contains one of these products, we will refund the cost of that product and ship the remaining balance of your order.
All returns require a Return Authorization number. You can make a return request on our website by emailing us or by calling our Customer Service Department at (267) 291-4238 where we would be happy to walk you through our return process.
- Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email that contains your RA number and additional instructions on where to send the return. Our goal is to process requests by the close of business on the next business day.
- Once you obtain an RA number, please make sure it is clearly marked and visible on the outside of the package. Packages that do not contain an RA number may be refused.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice and RA form with the package.
